All of Jeni's packages are shipped via UPS to ensure proper tracking and insurance. Shipments go out Monday through Thursday and occasionally on Fridays depending on her trade show schedule. She does her best to ship as quickly as possible, packages often go out the same or following day that they are ordered. However, it is important to note packages ordered during the holiday season may require more time. All of these items are hand crafted therefore if the item ordered is not in stock it will need to be made to order.
Tracking information will be provided upon shipping, kindly note the tracking numbers may require 12-24 hours to update in the system before the numbers will activate.
Expedited shipping is available, however Jeni does request a phone call for this service. She does travel from time to time and occasionally must leave the shop on a Thursday when attending a three-day trade show. She does her best to accommodate rush orders and often can, but to ensure that your rush order can be processed in time, Jeni does need a phone call. 540-358-4324.
International shipping requests are processed through Ebay. If you are an international customer, please send an email and Jeni will be happy to post a listing especially for you. Over the years, she has found that the international shipping system provided by Ebay is the fastest and most efficient.

Please note there are many locations in Virginia that do take two days for UPS ground as all packages from the New River Valley are routed through Richmond.
